Sustainability

Coca-Cola values the relationship they have with their employees. They want their workplaces to be based on recognized workplace human rights, where all employees are valued and inspired to be the best they can be.
The Workplace Rights Policy that Coca-Cola follows addresses the following issues:

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
Forced Labor
Child Labor
Discrimination
Work Hours and Wages
Safe and Healthy Workplace
Workplace Security
Community and Stakeholder Engagement

  1. I think Coca Cola has done an excellent job with promoting "Work Place Rights". How do you see Coca Cola responding to the government's proposals to tax a sugar drink like its Original Cola?

  2. I am sure they are going to be against it since it may turn away some of their consumers from purchasing their products. I am not sure if it'll pass or not - It'll be interesting to see what happens.
