My husband and I went to the first NFL game of the season last weekend to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play the Dallas Cowboys at Tampa. As I was sitting in the stadium, I couldn't help but notice how surrounded I was by Coca-Cola advertisements. I took a few pictures since I obviously had this blog on the brain... (we were rooting for the Buccaneers and they ended up losing 34-21, in case you were wondering). Can you find Coca-Cola (or just a Coca-Cola product) in each picture?

I am finding the amount of advertising at professional sports games and venues to be teetering on the verge of obnoxious. Paul Brown Stadium (home of the Cincinnati Bengals) looks similar to these pictures you posted. I am glad someone else has noticed this at NFL games!
ReplyDeleteVery true! I was tempted to take a picture of the Souvenier's Cup that had a large Coca-Cola logo on it as well - but I figured this would get my point across. It's amazing how much they do in advertising...
ReplyDeleteIs this not the way that they build their name brands with the images being everywhere. The sport teams have to generate lots of revenue to support the outrageous players' salaries and signs everywhere is the result.
